FEES & CHARGES

Better Care Medical Centre currently accepts New Patients,

As of 1st of January 2023 Better Care Medical Centre is a Mixed Billing Practice. 

Patients who will be bulk-billed as of the 1st of January 2023 are:

• Children aged 16 years and under.
• Require a diabetes review, asthma review, health assessment, vaccinations or care plans.
• Any Patients with a valid concession or healthcare card (excludes Dr Kate McCullough).

*Doctor reserves the right to make changes to below when necessary.

These fees also apply to any patient without a Medicare Card.

The following table provides an indication of the fees for face to face & telephone consultations.

It is the policy of the Practice that payment for consultation is made at the time of your appointment. We only accept payment via EFTPOS (debit and credit card – Visa and Mastercard - NOT American Express). Payments will be sent online directly to Medicare and you will receive your rebate directly into your nominated bank account.

Your Doctor will inform you and reception staff of the fee to be charged for your consultation. If the appointment is longer, where multiple health issues need to be addressed, an appropriate appointment length (Level C or D) should be made and the fee will be higher. Please discuss any payment issues with your doctor.

 

Home visits will now be privately charged to all patients, please see the listed fees below.
